Authenticity Vulnerability and Self Love

These are my superpowers.  I am a vulnerable, authentic and loving mother, friend, sister, wife, and coach! It's been a long journey of self-discovery and today I embrace these qualities and use them to help pave the way for my client's journeys through awareness. Together we uncover their strengths and I assist them in creating the life of their dreams.

Anxiety, disappointment, insecurity and heartache have not been strangers to me. Losing my parents at a young age as well as parenting three teenage daughters through the difficulties and pressures of today, has earned me a badge of courage. Mindfulness and perspective through my most vulnerable life moments has helped me weather these storms.  I learned many lessons through adversity by staying curious and open to unforeseen possibilities which increased my sense of awareness enabling me to get clear on the steps I needed to take to navigate Life's unexpected transitions and struggles.

We all experience risk and heartache in our lives which requires personal growth. To be honest, growth can be terrifying!  Everyone has their comfort zone... that mental space you live in where there are boundaries and you feel a sense of emotional security with your decision making. At times, we love being stuck in our own unhappiness and enjoy blaming others for our situation, it seems safe and familiar. Other times, we decide, no matter what, that we choose personal happiness and we do not allow circumstances or others to get in our way.  But in every day life, this mindset can be difficult to tap into. There is always something to be gained, even out of the most seemingly difficult times and relationships. Self-reflection when surrounded in fear of regret often forces us out of our comfort zone, this can get downright uncomfortable!

One of my favorite authors, Brene Brown states: "[Daring greatly] means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you're feeling. To have the hard conversations." –all in all, this is how I navigate life and that is what I facilitate through my coaching. I am privileged to support others on their journey, turning their vulnerabilities into their strengths uncovering a happy and fulfilling life!
